Age Rules

To use the ggobd platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and access any services on this site. ggobd may request relevant documents to verify your age at any time.

The following conditions must also be met:

• You must be a real individual — not a company or organisation.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the site.
• Holding more than one ggobd account is prohibited.
• The account must be operated in the name of the registered person — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

Registration Requirements

When opening an account with ggobd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account suspension. Only one account per person is permitted.

• The email address or mobile number provided at registration must be active.
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility — sharing it with anyone else is prohibited.
• The name on your account must match exactly the name on your submitted identity document.
• If you need to change your phone number or email address, you must submit a request through customer support.

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify ggobd customer support immediately. The account holder is primarily responsible for all activity on their account. ggobd is not liable for any loss caused by third-party access.

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ggobd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be reflected in your account immediately.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from ggobd:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Once a withdrawal request has been successfully submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Welcome Bonus

The ggobd welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The first deposit must be at least ৳500 for the bonus to apply.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳13,000

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At ggobd, a wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount — only the bonus amount).

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and individual terms.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering on all bonuses — please check the detailed terms of each offer.

VIP Program

The ggobd VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular activity on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

Gaming Rules

All games on the ggobd platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine the outcome of each game impartially.

• All game outcomes are determined by computer algorithms and are not predetermined.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, that round may be voided or considered complete in accordance with the rules.
• Any reward obtained as a result of a software error or malfunction will be considered void.
• You should read the rules of a game carefully before participating in it.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ggobd platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets artificially to exploit bonus or promotion benefits (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or exploiting the system through coordination.
• Attempting to hack or alter the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Attempting to control outcomes by coordinating with other players (collusion).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to predict gaming outcomes.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.

Use of Personal Information

ggobd collects your personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. Your information is not sold to third parties.
